Reservation and Payment

Reservation Process: To make a reservation, you must provide accurate and complete information. By confirming a reservation, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the reservation details and any applicable charges. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of reservation unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation: Cancellations must be requested 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date to qualify for a refund.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving a valid cancellation request. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

No-Show: Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of the reservation and payment.

Resort Rules and Regulations

Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful may result in eviction from the resort without refund.

Property Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to the resort property or its contents during their stay.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
