Cancellation: Cancellations must be requested 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date to qualify for a refund.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving a valid cancellation request. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
No-Show: Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of the reservation and payment.
